Large full length Upvc conservatory No. 24WN

Large full length upvc conservatory with glass roof. 10 years old , we have orgonal documents. Wooden box visible on the photo is not included , as previous ower will reuse it.

6m x 4.28m x 3.42m. Please note : some parts are very long. Plan will be added shortly. Collection from our warehouse, post code M18 7ay or we can deliver.

All conservatories are in used condition and professionally dismantled by the same builder.. Parts have been numbered and carefully removed. Used that mean: Conservatory have signs of use, can have small scratches and NEED CLEANING (as wasn't cleaned after dismantling).. Sometimes can have steamed glass (misted), but if is any: I WILL INFORM in my description. That mean sometimes small decoration cover plastic can be missing , few screws&bolts, or rubber can be used up and need replacement.

Is alwayes recomended use new screws& bolts (but old are included). But these are only only small things , which will not affect construction. I ALWAYS INFORM IN MY DESCRIPTION ABOUT IMPORTANT PARTS, WHICH NEED BUYERS ATTENTION (as eg misted glass). All conservatories are secure stored in warehouse , post code m18 7ay.
